Case 27 - This is a 59 year old male. The angina has been unstable, accompanied by nausea. He has likely suffered some myocardial damage with a recent episode of prolonged chest pain and had mildly elevated troponins on admission.

Procedure

  1. HSRA: 1.75 mm burr
  2. IVUS
  3. Proximal RCA: 2.0 x 20 mm balloon, 8 atm
  4. Proximal RCA: Stent (NIR), 3.5 x 25 mm,14 atm
  5. Mid-RCA: Stent (NIR), 3.5 x 16 mm,14 atm
  6. IVUS
  7. Mid-RCA: 4.0 x 15 mm balloon,20 atm
  8. Mid RCA: 4.5 x 20 mm balloon,14 atm
