Case9- 58 y.o. male, stable angina pectoris, False Lumen

The patient had coronary endoluminal stenting (Multilink) of the proximal RCA five months ago.

Pre-interventional coronary angiography: The mid RCA had a total obstruction in its mid third of AHA/ACC Type B2. The distal RCA received good filling through collateral circulation.

Procedure:

  1. PTCA to mid & distal RCA: 2.0x20mm balloon 10atm
  2. IVUS
  3. PTCA to mid & distal RCA: 3.0x15mm balloon 10atm
  4. Stenting to distal RCA: Multilink 3.0x25mm 14atm
  5. Stenting to RPDA: Multilink 3.0x15mm 18atm
  6. Post-Dilatation to distal RCA & RPDA: 3.0x15mm balloon 14atm
  7. IVUS
